If I buy some of your lampwork beads how will you pack them?
All of our beads are wrapped in bubble wrap. Large orders
are broken down into smaller quantities and then the smaller
bundles are placed into plastic envelopes, which are in turn
wrapped in bubble wrap. The smaller quantities are mailed in
Jiffy type envelopes. Larger orders are placed in cardboard
boxes ensuring that the void is filled with bubble wrap.

I am a retailer. Will you supply me with larger quantities
of the lampwork glass beads and the semi precious stone
beads?
Absolutely. We are looking to be one of the biggest
wholesale beads suppliers in the UK. If we have sufficient
in stock we will supply them from stock. If we have to order
them then look for a period of approximately six weeks
before you receive your order, as we will have them made.

Do I get a discount as trade bead or retail supplier?
We are happy to discuss discounts with you provided that you
can evidence that you are supplying on a retail basis. We
will make exceptions for some craft or jewellery makers.
However we may ask for proof that you are a bona fide retail
business or craft business. Once accepted you will be issued
with your own unique user name and password and the prices
that will be displayed within the site will be at the
discounted rate. Discounts may vary according to the amounts
that you buy. If you require any further information or
would like to request a Login then please

Do you
supply graded lampwork beads.
We only like to sell first quality beads. Every bead that we
supply is eye and hand checked before leaving us. Any
lampwork beads or silver foil beads that do not meet our
standards are rejected. Broken lampwork beads or silver foil
beads are discarded. Rejected beads are sold off as mulch
beads. We call them mulch beads as we use them around the
place as plant mulch. Some of our customers use them for
practice or teaching beadwork to schoolchildren.

When I have clicked on to an item is said that it was
temporarily unavailable. What does this mean?
Okay, I appreciate that this can be confusing and
frustrating but it is there to help. Let me give you an
example of how this works. A customer is browsing the site
and they select 100 Chinese eye beads and place them in
their basket. There were only 110 beads in stock. They may
still be browsing around the shop when you come along and
place an order for 20 Chinese eye beads. The stock level now
will be –10 so it is telling you that there is insufficient
stock. Of course the person who placed the 110 in their
shopping basket may leave the website without actually
checking out and paying for the goods. So the beads will be
returned to stock when a sufficient period of time has
lapsed for the first customer to pay for them. Generally the
stock is returned within the hour if it is not paid for. If
you revisit the site after that time then you will be able
to purchase them.

If I am entitled to a refund will I get a full refund?
Yes, if you are entitled to a refund, please see
returns
policy then we will provide a refund for the damaged
goods. If you have made a payment via Paypal we would point
out that Paypal will deduct an amount for administration.
This charge is not applied by us and does not benefit us. We
cannot do anything about it.

I make my own lampwork beads and would be interested in
talking to you about selling my products on your website. Is
this possible?
Yes please. We are looking to build an area in the site for
speciality beads and are always happy to speak to people.
The object of the site is to introduce people to new and
beautiful handmade glass beads and we are always happy to
talk to anyone who can add value to the website.
